Greyhawk Adventures takes place in or near the Domain of Greyhawk on the continent of Mikhal on the World of Skell. I use the City of Greyhawk boxed set published in 1989 and put it into the middle of the continent. With a few minor tweaks the published material drops in nicely. There are other supplements I steal from. Mostly the Greyhawk Player's Guide and Greyhawk The Adventure Begins published in 1998, and the hardcover Greyhawk Adventures published in 1988.
