Aradel writings

As the day continued with my new comrades, some sense of all the madness came to light. Apparently the one I thought was dying was poisoned by a woman who he later killed. The mansion that we were at had that weird stone inside it, Clorenstone they called it. The group minus the one they call Korningrad and Arti went inside. As I made my way down to the cellar a huge headache came on, the closer I got the worse it became then all at once I lost my memory of the spell I had chosen for the day. That is probably why Arti didn't want to go in there.( I can only imagine what that substance does to him). When we emerged out of the mansion Arti took me aside and said he was planting a crystal in the body of the slain woman as a favor to his friend. I'm not exactly sure what that means. (Arti has a weird power to himself, I know I was warned about him I am starting to wonder why) While all this was going on a caravan with dwarfs came up the house. It must of had something important inside of it, the group went after them with much haste. They engaged us in a fight, which we quickly lost. (I stayed in the back since I didn't have much use) The group decided to go back to the Blue Bolt Inn. We were greeting by a half-stock, they all seemed to know her, Aluna is what they called her. She asked for our help in dispatching Musgrave(the guy in the caravan). After a few moments Arti was asked to help heal someone, I went along with him. He was able to tell that the boy had a disease which he same stones that take away my magic abilities. Come to find out that he got it from getting water from the well located by the old mages college.(that what must of killed the mages off). These stone are horrible and the mining and transportation of them need to be stopped.

Arti has decided that he could no longer travel with us, left with the rest of his company they chose to help out Aluna. I am not sure what they see in her (besides being a half breed, I dont see much value). I was of no service nor did I wish to help her in her task. My whole goal is to increase my knowledge and I am certain that would not happen if I was to stay with them at the time. I returned to my quarters and resumed my daily life.
A few days later I got a visitor, it was Michael and another Elf (who is the most gorgeous elf I have ever seen) they called on me asking if I wish to go wth them. They are helping a human named by Magnus find a keep in the Ranoulsin(need the spelling) lands. He needs help to find a god, he has a book that spoke to him. I could not read it but I was certain my ability to research might help. We went to the library where I found another book in the same writing. The group had a old friend they wanted to seek for more Intel. It happened to be the Oracle, we set off to go talk to him. It was late in the night when we got there and had to sleep outside. Unfortunate they only person with a tent was the dwarf which all the elves shared with him.
